I find passion in helping women change their mind set!
I was raised in Northern Utah, in a very conservative faith which I still participate in. I married my best friend three months after high school. We had four beautiful children (3 daughters and a son) and three fabulous grandchildren. I was happy, content and to be honest, believed I was living the dream. Today, I'm happy to share, the story I tell, sounds quite different than I ever imagined.
After becoming an empty nester and spending most of my life loving and encouraging others, I felt empty and unsure of what the next chapter of my life would look like. I realized I hadn't spent enough time asking what do I want and what do I need? Why was I always so worried about how others were seeing me? I was now ready to try and answer those questions.
I decided to invest in myself and my education. I starting studying spiritual things more deeply than I had ever done before. I also started listening to and reading anything I could get my hands on that would further my personal growth. It was during this journey, I found and fell in love with Life Coaching. I learned I was in complete control of my thoughts and ultimately my story!
I had no idea how becoming professionally certified as a Life Coach would not only change me, but help my family through some of the most challenging things life would offer.
Over the past few years, 3 of my 4 children are not participating in the faith they were raised, but are courageously creating their own stories. Two of them have been willing to share their lives with me as part of the LGBTQ + community. Through this, my capacity to love and understand has increased immensely. I have opened up my mind to things I didn’t understand and honestly never even considered were possibilities. The power of our thoughts, determine our future.
I started my Professional Life Coaching career as a generalist and still work with many clients helping them understand the power of managing their thoughts.
Through my own spiritual journey, along with watching and helping my children through their pain and trauma, my primary focus now, is helping empower women through their faith journey, whatever that may be.
